* The school will assign a teacher for your kid when you sign up. If you choose your preferred teacher, an addition of $5/lesson is added to the tuition.
* Tuition must be paid in advance to secure a time slot for the student.
* In general, students are required to attend weekly classes consistently, with no more than two excused absences eligible for make-up per package, excluding designated school breaks or holidays.
* A makeup class is offered only if the absence is notified at least one day before the class begins.
* All makeup classes must be completed within half a year from the date of the first class. After this half-year period, the opportunity for a makeup lesson will expire and cannot be rescheduled or credited.
*Uniforms and admission to concerts for family and guests are not included in tuition.

* Performances are charged as indicated regardless of how long the actual playing time is (with the exception of the full recitals. It will be significantly higher and will be discussed separately.)

* A receipt will be sent to you once we receive your payment. Tuition is non-refundable.
Refund Policy (Group Classes)
Every member is important, and significant effort and resources are spent on choosing music and events to best fit our young musicians.
- Registration and Material Fee are non-refundable.
- If a student drops after the first lesson, the amount due for 2 lessons will be deducted from the tuition paid and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If a student drops after the first 2~4 lessons, the amount due for 4 lessons will be deducted from the tuition paid and the remaining balance will refunded.
- After 5 lessons, the tuition is non-refundable.
Care of Students
Our school is not responsible for providing before and after class care for students.
Photo/Video Release
Unless requested in writing, ATG Music School is granted permission to take photographs/videos of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials ATG Music School creates. Permission is also hereby granted for ATG Music School to copyright such photographs in its name.
